This policy explains what joindaisio.com collects when you visit or apply, why we collect it, who sees it and how to reach us about it.

Draft. Counsel is still reviewing this page, so the final wording may change.

Who we are

Daisio Talent Management is a division of Daisio LLC, a Florida limited liability company. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Daisio LLC.

This policy covers joindaisio.com and the talent applications and brand inquiries you send through it.

What we collect

When you apply as talent, we collect what you enter in the form:

  • Your name and contact details, such as your email address and phone number
  • Where you are based
  • Your social handles, the platforms you are on and your audience ranges
  • Links you share with us
  • Your message

When you send a brand inquiry, we collect:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Your company and its website
  • The details of your brief, such as the goal, budget and timing

When you send a form, we also store some technical details with it:

  • Your IP address
  • Your browser and device details
  • Your approximate location, which we work out from your IP address
  • The page that sent you to us, and any campaign tags in the link you followed
  • The result of a security check that runs in your browser when you send the form, to tell people apart from automated scripts

Why we collect it

We use this information to:

  • Review your application or inquiry
  • Contact you about it
  • Keep the site secure, for example by limiting repeated submissions and blocking spam
  • Understand which links and campaigns bring people to us

Who sees it

Your application or inquiry goes into our team's internal system, where the people who review applications and inquiries read it. We share your information with:

  • Our team at Daisio LLC, who review applications and inquiries
  • Service providers that help us run and secure the site, such as the companies that host it and our database, who store and process it for us

We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to review your application or inquiry, and after that for our records.

If you ask us to delete it, we will.

Cookies and storage

joindaisio.com does not use tracking cookies.

On the first page you open in a visit, your browser puts two things in session storage: any campaign tags in the link you followed, and the address of the page that sent you, if that page is on another site. It keeps that address even when the link has no tags. We receive both with any form you send, so we know how you found us.

After you send a form, your browser also keeps your first name in session storage, so the next page can thank you by name.

Session storage stays in your browser and is cleared when you close the tab.

While you fill in a form, your browser saves your answers in local storage on this device, so you can pick up where you left off after a reload or on a later visit. We do not receive them until you send the form, and sending it clears them. If you do not send it, your answers stay in this browser. The form removes answers left unchanged for 30 days the next time you open it. On a shared device, clear this site’s data in your browser settings when you finish.

Age

Talent applications are only for people who are 18 or older. When you apply as talent, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

If we learn that someone under 18 has applied, we will delete their application.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you
  • Send you a copy of it
  • Correct it
  • Delete it

Write to hello@joindaisio.com from the email address you used, so we can find your records. Depending on where you live, local law may give you other rights too.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
